2. Service Definition

GeckoAuthority is a platform providing AI-powered SEO-optimized content generation services. Users can create articles by purchasing credits and publish these articles on their own websites.

Platform features:

  • AI-powered article generation and SEO optimization
  • Multimedia content integration (images, audio, video)
  • WordPress, Blogger, and Webhook integrations
  • Google Indexing API support

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Platform Rights: The GeckoAuthority platform's interface, design, source code, algorithms, logos, brand name, and all software components belong to GeckoAuthority and are protected by national and international copyright laws.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Copying, reverse engineering, or decompiling platform source code, algorithms, or business logic
  • Unauthorized use of GeckoAuthority logo, brand name, or visual identity
  • Mass reproduction or redistribution of platform content
  • Imitating platform design or user interface

User Content: Intellectual property rights of content generated through the platform belong to the user under the terms specified in the Terms of Service.

4. Visitor Responsibilities

All persons using the platform, including non-member visitors, are obligated to comply with the following rules:

  • Use the platform only for legitimate and legal purposes
  • Avoid actions that could jeopardize platform security
  • Refrain from behavior that negatively affects other users' platform experience

5. Automated Access and Data Collection Prohibition

The following actions are strictly prohibited without explicit written permission:

  • Attempting unauthorized access to APIs
  • Attempting to bypass rate limiting or security measures
  • DDoS, brute force, or similar attack attempts

Violation of this clause will result in permanent IP address blocking and initiation of necessary legal proceedings.

6. Service Interruptions and Maintenance

Service interruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, updates, or unexpected circumstances. The Platform endeavors to maintain reasonable service continuity but does not guarantee 100% availability.

Planned Maintenance: Significant maintenance work is announced in advance and performed during low-traffic hours when possible.

Liability: The Platform cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages that may arise from service interruptions.

Turkey Operations: Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.

International Operations: Laws of the Republic of Estonia apply and Tallinn Courts have jurisdiction.
